We in the Lion of Judah desire to become disciples of the Lion of Judah.
The purpose of household is to be a place of formation for the men who are in Lion of Judah. We want to be a household of men that are whole; both in body and soul. Lion of Judah should be a household that others look to as a model of strength, leadership, and balance. This will be shown by our characteristics of humility, self-control, righteousness, diversity, assertiveness, and service. Being inclusive and preventing cliques will be sought after. The goal is to form men of balance in all aspects of their lives. We in Lion of Judah seek to be a light to other households on campus. We want to be men who are known for their humility and servants hearts.
In order to achieve this we will be committed to personal prayer. Each of us will be aware of our speech in areas of slander and swearing so that we can remain a unified body as well as be an example to those around us. Everyone in Lion of Judah will honor the household commitments. We will be willing to be called on to a higher level of commitment and holiness so that we are able to grow into the men that we desire to become.
This covenant is a way of life. We will live it to the best of our ability. We will not only strive to gain what is stated in this covenant for our own growth, but also for the growth of the campus as a whole. Finally, we will be one body, united in loyalty.
We the undersigned, commit ourselves to the Lord, to each other, and to this agree-ment. We will seek to uphold and esteem the values and goals pro-sworn in The Lion of Judah Covenant. It is in this state of mind that we inscribe our names.
